Product Overview: MI 3288 Earth Insulation Tester

Our MI 3288 Earth Insulation Tester has recently gone EPIC. In other words, we have added new functionalities (together with new accessories) that make it even more versatile (list below).

New supported tests and measurements:
- Four wire continuity measurement with testing current of up to 2 A (result resolution in µΩs).
- Step voltage measurement.
- Withstand voltage measurement.

These additions were already communicated to you in a newsletter in 2023, but we are describing them more in depth below.
- Four wire continuity measurement: A µOhm measurement with a 2 A test current and a resolution of 1 µOhm that can be set up to measure in a single, continuous, or inductive mode.
- Step voltage measurement: From 50 V to 2500 V with steps of 50 V or 100 V and a settable duration and averaging.
- Withstand voltage measurement: From 50 V to 2500 V with options to set up the start and end voltage, duration of start and end voltage, speed of the voltage ramp, and trigger leakage current.
