The MI 3288 Earth Insulation Tester has just become even more versatile thanks to a firmware upgrade, which introduces new test and measurement functionalities.

New supported tests and measurements:
- Four wire continuity measurement with testing current of up to 2 A (result resolution in µΩs).
- Step voltage measurement.
- Withstand voltage measurement.

Testers currently in production will come with the new firmware, while existing users will be able to upgrade their testers with a single click in the SW 1201 Metrel Electrical Safety Manager (MESM) software.
The price of the tester remains unchanged.
