IMPORTANT: Metrel RMA issues

We have recently upgraded our server infrastructure, as communicated in one of previous newsletters. Unfortunately, the upgrade has caused issues with the working (during our company holidays) of both the return material authorisation (RMA) system and the Helpdesk system (issuing PSS numbers).

We have noticed that the Helpdesk system issued PSS numbers with some delay, but rest assured none of them got lost. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Contact Metrel technical support in case you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail with an RMA number, or you believe there are any other issues with your RMA request.
