Metrel PQA: optimizing PQ accessories

We are removing the A 1079 Discharge time cable from the A 1479 Wide range power supply, because the added value in using this cable seems to be rather small (with the A 1479 Wide range power supply). In its place, voltage tests leads with test probes can be used, or simply the power supply adapter that comes in each PQA accessory set.

The A 1079 Discharge time cable can still be ordered separately, as an optional accessory.
