Metrel PQA: removal of A 1069 current clamp from the PQA portfolio

| We are removing A 1069 Mini current clamp 100 A / 1 V from our product portfolio due to the introduction of A 1783 Mini AC current clamps 20/200 A. |

A 1783 Mini AC current clamps 20/200 A has many benefits in comparison with A 1069 Mini current clamp 100 A / 1 V:
- Two currents ranges (A 1783): 20 A and 200 A. The clamp can be used for direct measurements on current transformers (CT electricity meter) and for applications where higher currents (up to 200 A) are encountered. The user basically has two clamps in one.
- Much better accuracy: ±0.5 % (A 1783) vs. ±1 % (A 1069).
- More accurate phase angle measurement: ±0.5 % (A 1783) vs. ±3 % (A 1069).
A 1783 Mini AC current clamps 20/200 A is a passive current clamp, meaning it must be manually selected on the power quality analyser and have its range manually selected too.

A 1783 Mini AC current clamps 20/200 A is already supported in:
- MI 2893/MI 2892/MI 2885 (HW9.0, FW version 3.0.3675).
- MI 2884/MI 2883 (all HW versions from FW version 1.0.2457 onward).
For MI 2893 HW8.0 and MI 2892/MI 2885 HW versions 8.0 and 5.0 power quality analysers, A 1783 Mini AC current clamps 20/200 A can be used as “Custom” current clamp with a proper current range setup. Clamp range is presented on a power quality analyser in the form XXXX A/V.
Range setup:
- 20 A: 10 mV/A -> 10 mV/A presented as 100 A/V
- 200 A: 1 mV/A -> 1 mV/A presented as 1000 A/V
