Metrel company transition

We would like to inform you that on 11 January 2023, Metrel’s legal form was changed from a joint stock company (named “delniška družba” or “d.d.” in Slovenian legal terminology) to a limited liability company (named “družba z omejeno odgovornostjo” or “d.o.o.” in Slovenian legal terminology).

Universal legal succession, meaning that all relevant company data (company registration number, fiscal code, address etc.) stays the same and that all the contracts signed before the transition remain valid. In short, you’ll continue to do business with us in the same manner as you have done before the transition.
Part of this transition is also renaming the company from “Metrel d.d. Measuring and Regulation Equipment Manufacturer” to “Metrel Test and Measurement Equipment d.o.o.”. This new name will gradually appear on all the products, promotional material, legal documents etc.
