METREL: A 1391 availability issues

We regret to inform you that we are having issues supplying the A 1391 AC/DC Current clamp. This clamp is available as a part of MI 3108 Standard and Pro set and MI 3109 Standard and Pro set and as an optional accessory.

We have previously communicated that the aforementioned clamp will again be in stock in October. However, supply chain issues have again interfered, and the manufacturer (of the clamp) informed us that a new consignment of clamps will be delivered at least 2 months later than originally stated. In other words, the clamps won’t arrive this month (October), but at the end of 2022. Still, we hope the clamps will be delivered sooner.
We would therefore like to extend our sincerest apologies to those of you who have already bought any MI 3108/MI 3109 accessory set sans clamps in the belief you’ll receive them this month or at the date promised at the time of the purchase. You will of course be the first in line to receive the clamps once we have them in stock again.

Those of you wanting or planning to purchase any MI 3108/MI 3109 accessory set should keep in mind the uncertain delivery date for the clamp and decide accordingly.

Regardless, the utility of both MI 3108 EurotestPV and MI 3109 EurotestPV Lite is almost the same as they can still perform virtually all the supported test and measurements, without those requiring the use of the A 1391 AC/DC Current clamp.
