METREL: Phasing out CDs – Phase 2

We would like to inform you that we are in the process of concluding the first phase of phasing out physical CDs with product documentation (substituting with an online documentation center) and starting the second phase. The latter includes, among other, the expansion of gradual removal of CDs from the initial three products (MI 3152 EurotestXC, MI 3152H EurotestXC 2,5 kV and MI 3155 EurotestXD) to a larger number of them – full list down below.

Phase-2 products included in gradual phasing out of CDs:
- MI 3360 OmegaGT XA
- MI 3325 MultiServicerXD
- MI 3394 CE MultiTesterXA
- MI 3280 DT Analyser
- MI 3290 Earth Analyser
- MI 2883 Energy Master
- MI 2885 Master Q4
- MI 2892 Power Master
- MI 2893 Power Master XT
- MI 3288 Earth Insulation Tester
The Phase-2 products will have both physical CDs and fliers with instructions how to access the online documentation center in their accessory sets.

The second phase will also mark the complete removal of physical CDs from accessory sets of the following products:
- MI 3155 EurotestXD
- MI 3152 EurotestXC
- MI 3152H EurotestXC 2,5 kV

However, as in the first phase, we will carefully monitor the removal of/phasing out of CDs and diligently collect feedback from our end users and you, our business partner. Like in the first phase, we would like to kindly ask you for your assistance in identifying any issues as they might arise. We want you to collect and forward all feedback you get from your customers regarding the removal of CDs and the use of the online documentation center.
