S 2111 Safety Module with two hand control
The S 2111 Safety Module with two hand control has a rather peculiar safety mechanism – as the name implies, a two-hand control panel. Its purpose is ensuring that both of the user’s hands are on the control panel, i.e. on two buttons, during the testing procedure. If the user removes just one hand, the safety module immediately stops the testing procedure and disconnects the measuring circuit from the rest of the testing / production line and thus prevents contact with dangerously high voltage.
